DAY2 Conference Report

DAY2 was implemented primarily focusing on speaker sessions at the Hongo Campus. Throughout the morning and afternoon, expert lectures and discussions were held on issues in a wide range of fields such as technology, economics, policy, and healthcare. From evening onward, HPAIRx and Cultural Night were held, becoming venues to promote participant interaction and international understanding.

To Realize Sustainable Society Through DX

Under management based on diversity and learning culture, she reported on FPT's growth strategy, industrial digitization in Vietnam, and practices of promoting female leaders with concrete examples. She pointed out that promoting DX in integration with 'human resource development, organizational learning, and industry-academia collaboration' is the key to sustainability.

Supporting Women in Crisis & WPS

She introduced initiatives for women's mental health support and disaster risk reduction (DRR). Specific measures for promoting women's participation through multi-agency cooperation and advancing Women, Peace and Security (WPS) were discussed.

Developments and Future Prospects of FemTech in Asia

They organized definitions and target areas in the femtech industry and analyzed cultural barriers faced during the founding period and changes in the investment environment. Through specific examples from the Asian region, they emphasized the necessity of forming an ecosystem through the trinity of user-centered design, establishment of data ethics, and regulation-market-education.

What Is Global Leadership? Toward Solutions for the Global Agenda

Based on Japan's industrial development and demographic structural transformation, he organized the historical process by which innovation and capitalism have overcome the 'Malthusian trap.' He discussed the necessity of international governance frameworks for new technologies such as AI and robotics, concluding with the suggestion that 'cornered souls reach truth fastest and deepest.'

HPAIRx

HPAIRx is a platform for lectures and discussions by students, for students. Participants studying various specialized fields took the stage to share research content and project results. Through Q&A sessions, active discussions were exchanged, providing valuable opportunities to encounter insights and perspectives from the same generation.

Cultural Night

During Cultural Night, diverse cultures from various countries and regions were introduced. Through traditional music, dance, and costume exhibitions, participants deepened their understanding of each other's cultural backgrounds. It became a heartwarming time of exchange where the spirit of friendship and respect transcending borders was fostered.
